At SL Green, we address all material environmental, social, and governance issues that affect our business. Building meaningful relationships with our stakeholders is earned through clear and open communication, which is an integral component to our governance strategy.

Shareholder Engagement

We have a continuing dialogue with our larger shareholders, and solicit them on corporate governance and compensation matters at least twice each year. In 2019, we engaged with stockholders accounting for over 65% of our outstanding shares. We separately meet with shareholder portfolio managers throughout the year to outline and discuss business strategy.
